Perfect Hair certainly has the ability to use a different production process to permanently improve the quality of a particular technique, the durability of the color or the quality of the hair. When we have a different production process we will notify everyone through our social media. We do not make any changes to our hair extensions without informing you.

Yes you can bleach our Diamond Series hair extensions because they are enormously strong. However, we strongly advise against this. Your own hair gets nutrition from your hair root & nutrition from outside (through hair masks). Your hair extensions only receive nutrition from the outside. From the hair roots, the hair extensions can no longer receive nutrition. As a result, hair extensions are always more sensitive than your own hair & bleaching will cause damage to the hair extensions.

In addition, we developed super blonde shades including almost white. If you need very white hair extensions, order the white colors like Elsa, Belkiz & Celine.

That, unfortunately, is not possible. We are a webshop & have no physical store or pickup point.

You can always order a pack to test out on yourself. Moreover, by wearing our hair extensions you can only test how the quality is in reality.

Yes you can, but in order not to damage your own hair & your hair extensions it is best to use our detangling brushes. These are customized to your hair extensions & techniques. You can find our brushes here.

You’ve given all the above after-care products from our “How to best care for my Perfect hair” list with your client & yet they come in with drier hair extensions than you’re used to. 100% certainty that this client has put something on those hairs that is not suitable anyway, you never have.

Don’t expect because a client has the right haircare products that she will always use them. Maybe she likes the scent of her previous shampoo better, maybe she went on a sleepover & forgot her products,… 1 wash with the wrong product can immediately cause irreversible damage to the hair extensions.

But could that be due to the hair extensions themselves?
Your hair extensions that you used for that one customer are not produced separately. These hair extensions are produced in a huge bulk where all hair extensions in stock at Perfect Hair, with the same batch number, are produced at the same time. I.e., if your hair extensions would be bad, all hair extensions in the depot of that same color would be bad.

Standard 5 quality checks happen in the lab before the hair extensions are packaged. As a result, a manufacturing defect can always be completely ruled out.

Specifically, this means that if your hair extensions would get drier than you are used to from your clients, then this client has done something different than the other clients or than the last time. No matter what this customer will claim. It’s as simple as that.

Our Gold Series hair extensions are A class hair extensions available to all. They are made of 100% human remy hair in the highest quality. These hair extensions are available in 49 different shades for everyone.

Our Diamond Series hair extensions are our A+ class hair extensions only available to our trained Partner Salons. These hair extensions are also made of 100% human remy hair but with the one difference that we use baby cuticle hair. Baby cut hairs are hairs sacrificed by ladies between 18 – 30 years young. These are the highest quality hairs available, in order to produce the very best hair extensions possible. Our Diamond Series hair extensions are available in 61 different shades (in all colors except the 10 Rainbow colors & 4 pastels).

Yes you can do all that with any styling tool you want. Do always protect your own hair & your hair extensions with a heat protectant from our list FAQ “How do I best care for my Perfect Hair?” & apply the full haircare ritual at all times.

Certain colors of hair extensions can turn pinkish. This is due to a chemical reaction. That chemical reaction can occur because of 3 things:

• haircare products that are not suitable
• certain colorings & toners that were used
• Sprays & lotions containing Butyl Methoxydibenzolymethane, Parsol or Avobenzone

Solution
Better prevention than cure we say. Therefore, always use only the haircare products from our “How to best care for my Perfect Hair” list, avoid colorings & toners if possible & always check the ingredient list of your body lotions, sprays, facial products, sunscreen, … for the presence of Butyl Methoxydibenzolymethane, Parsol or Avobenzone which can give hair extensions a pinkish glow when evaporated.

However, if a chemical reaction does occur on your hair extensions, you can neutralize this pink undertone by applying the steps below:

1. Wash the hair once with Redken All soft shampoo.
2. Towel dry the hair & hair extensions.
3. Apply the toner (see below the formula of this toner) only to the pinkish hair ends & leave on for a few minutes. Stay with the client & check regularly.
4. When the pinkish hair ends are neutralized rub the remaining toner onto the entire hair & leave it in for a few seconds so that the toner blends onto the remaining hair.
5. Rinse for 5min.
6. Wash hair 2x with the Redken All soft shampoo & rinse.
7. Towel dry hair & place a generous amount of Redken All Soft mask on hair lengths & ends.
8. Gently comb the whole thing with 1 of our detangling brushes. Always hold the top of your own hair. Leave on for 5min & rinse out.
9. Place a generous amount of Redken All Soft conditioner on hair lengths & ends to close the hair cuticles & rinse out.
10. Spray 10x Redken One united detangling spray over the entire bunch of hair & hair extensions & gently detangle again. Always hold the top of your own hair.
11. Spread the amount of one euro coin Redken All Soft moisture restore or Redken Extreme Length sealer heat protection over hair lengths & ends
12. Style as desired

If the pinkish glow has not completely disappeared, then you rinsed off the toner too quickly. Repeat all steps from step 1 to step 12 until the pinkish undertone disappears.

Keep in mind that because of the toner, the client’s final color will be slightly different from what she had before. Therefore, this is an emergency solution & better to prevent than to cure.

Yes, Perfect Hair works exclusively with the highest quality 100% human remy hair available. This allows you to do with it anything you can do with your own hair. Keep in mind that hair extensions are always more sensitive than your own hair so they require just a little more care.

All of our hair extensions are transparently packaged. If you find that the color would not be correct you can return it if the package was unopened & we will gladly exchange it for you in the correct color, if you have a color ring from Perfect Hair. Return shipping is at your own expense. Opened or damaged packages or hair extensions will not be returned. We must respect these hygiene standards. After all, you don’t want hair extensions in your hair that have already gone through 10 people’s (sometimes dirty) hands either.

To be 100% sure of the correct color, we always recommend using our color ring. You can order these here. Only when you have ordered a color ring from us in the past will we gladly return the hair extensions for you. Refunds we do not do.

Please note that the color ring is an indication and may vary from the actual color, but it gives you a good idea of which color best suits your needs.

In order for hair extensions to naturally blend with your own hair, there are several points to consider.

Correct number of pieces or grammage
It is very important to use the correct number of pieces or grammage for each customer’s requirement. If you decide to use less you are left with too little hair for the cut to fall smoothly. Always use the amounts indicated by our hair extension calculator to avoid not blending.

Distribution of hair extensions
The hair extensions should be distributed evenly over the entire head. Are there certain areas that have less or no hair extensions here it will not blend with your own hair.

Airy cut
When choosing hair extensions, it is very important that you adjust the cut of the hair extensions themselves to the thickness of the client’s own hair. For example, our Diamond Series keratin hair extensions are twice as full down than our Gold Series keratin hair extensions. By nature, therefore, these will fall more heavily. We recommend cutting hair extensions on dry hair & keeping the entire cut airy.

Hairs used to manufacture hair extensions can come from all over the world. The most common are:

• India
• China
• Brazil
• Russia
• Eastern European countries

Only 1 destination has traceable hair & that is India. This is the hair we use to manufacture our Perfect Hair extensions.

What does that mean traceable hair?
Traceable hair means that people voluntarily shed their hair for the sake of their faith. That happens in temples. The temples sell the hair to hair dealers who in turn then turn it into hair extensions.

The money the temples receive for this must be invested back into the community. Free schooling, child care, hospitals & medically trained personnel result. And homeless people get free food & shelter. A very good thing for the people themselves there & in that way we with Perfect Hair also contribute our bit.

Unfortunately, this is not the case for the other hair exporting countries. No one in these countries shaves bald for religious reasons. Therefore, unfortunately, there is a huge amount of forced hair sales such as in women’s prisons & in poorer areas.

These are hairs that Perfect Hair refuses to use. Moreover, the quality of these is untraceable & very unstable. But above all, we at Perfect Hair believe that no one should suffer from the production of hair extensions. This is why we choose only temple hair.

Yes, a weft can always break in the band itself. These are the most common causes:

• rough brushing
• Brushing with an inappropriate detangling brush (always use our weft onwarbortel)
• haircare products containing too many caustic ingredients
• you or your customer accidentally cutting into the weft

Hand tied wefts you cannot cut through the band, our Secret wefts you can cut through the band.

The color ring is an indication of the final color & may always differ from the effective color. That’s because the color sample of the color ring was produced along with the first batch of hair extensions in that same color. With a new production batch, no new color samples are generated since they are already available in large print runs.

Just as in your own salon a toner may vary slightly in the end result with clients depending on the undertone of their own hair, the porosity of the hair or the duration of the application, also the coloring of hair extensions & the color swatches is a hands on treatment where even with us the end result may vary slightly from the previous batch.

After all, we cannot always take hair from 1 & the same person. And therefore, even with us, the undertones of the hair are slightly different time after time resulting in a different outcome.

Yet the same formula is used each time to obtain the same end result. Of course, you can always update the hair extensions to your personal wishes.

You may certainly use your own products on your hair extensions. Do keep in mind that your own products can cause unnecessary damage to your hair extensions. Therefore, we recommend following our haircare advice described in the FAQ “How do I best care for my Perfect Hair?” at all times. All of these products have been shown by lab testing to do no harm to our Perfect Hair hair extensions & only enhance the quality.

Yes you can color or tone all our hair extensions. However, we strongly advise against this if it can be avoided. Your own hair gets nutrition from your hair root & nutrition from outside (through hair masks). Your hair extensions only receive nutrition from the outside. From the hair roots, the hair extensions can no longer receive nutrition. As a result, hair extensions are always more sensitive than your own hair & coloring or tinting will damage the hair extensions.

Moreover, we developed countless shades under which your needed color may be available anyway. Therefore, always order all the colors you need to avoid unnecessary coloring.

It may very well be that you will need to touch up or show the hair extensions once because the hair extension color is fading & that’s okay. Limit this only when necessary for your client as even the healthiest colorings & toners can always make hair extensions more sensitive or cause damage.

When using products other than our list of lab approved products, it could very well be that your hair extensions are different kwa quality than they are supposed to be. These are the most common results:

• dryer hair extensions
• stiffer hair extensions
• hair extensions that tangle more
• hair extensions that break off
• hair extensions that fade very quickly

To avoid this at all times, we recommend using only these haircare lines & always using :

• shampoo (on the scalp only)
• mask (on middle lengths & hair ends only)
• conditioner (on middle lengths & ends of hair only)
• detangling spray (on the entire hair except the scalp)
• heat protection (on the entire hair except the scalp)

Perfect Hair ensures that your hair extensions are of unprecedented quality the day you receive them but since the final quality during the wearing period of your hair extensions is determined by the aftercare applied by the client or yourself, Perfect Hair cannot be held responsible for this.

You will find that after your wearing time of 4 months that your keratin hair extensions are still in perfect condition. However, we cannot have them rebonded, which would allow you to reuse them. This is because Perfect Hair is then not as perfect as before. After rebonding, hair extensions no longer pass their strict quality control & lose their A label that indicates they are the best hair extensions on the market. Since we go for nothing less than perfection, you can therefore not reuse these hair extensions.

Yes we are happy to give discounts on bulk purchases. Bulk purchases are orders over €30,000 in 1 order. If you plan to make such purchases to stock up, please give us a call via email.

Of course, keratin hair extensions are not supposed to crumble at the base itself but sometimes this does happen. These are the most common causes:

• the keratins were not closed quite correctly during placement
• the keratins have small fracture lines
• the hairdresser uses heat tongs to place the hair extensions
• overheating occurred on the keratintes
• the hairdresser does not handle our cold ultrasonic device correctly
• the hairdresser opens & closes the tongs of the ultrasonic device more than 3 times
• ultrasonic device pliers are obsolete & need to be replaced
• the client uses haircare products that are not suitable for the sutures
• the customer got too close to the keratin bonding with a heat device such as hair dryer, straightener or curling iron
• the client is in a shedding period which allows air to enter the keratins & thus has the potential to crumble

Perfect Hair broadcasts all orders 365 days a year from Monday to Saturday excluding Belgian holidays.

If you, as a Belgian customer, place your order before 4 p.m. on weekdays, it will go out the same day. On Saturdays your order needs to be processed before 11:30 am. Netherlands
If you as a non-Belgian customer pass on your order before 4 p.m. on weekdays, it goes out the same day. On Saturdays your order needs to be processed before 11:30 am.

Please keep in mind that we have no influence on these delivery times as we depend on the courier service ourselves. The final delivery time depends on the courier service itself.

Via mail you will receive a track & trace link after you put your order through. These can also be found in your personal dashboard that allows you to track your package at all times.

What a shame! We are happy to solve that for you right away. Take a picture of the entire order in its unopened original condition & mail it to us along with your order number. We check this immediately for you.

When we determine that the items are indeed incorrectly delivered, we will immediately send you the correct items along with a return label that you can stick on the incorrectly delivered order and return free of charge through the post office.

Please note that we must receive the delivered goods unopened within 7 days. If not, there is nothing more we can do for you. If late, you will receive a new invoice for the^2nd order & will no longer be entitled to this refund.

No, all of our Partner Salon must have attended our Partner Training. This is to ensure that each Partner Salon is up to date with all the info needed to apply each technique perfectly but also knows perfectly which formulas & possibilities the hair extensions also offer regarding aftercare & color processes. In addition, we will go in-depth on color theory, silk protection, all types of grammages, all tools & so much more. After all, perfect hair extension installation is so much more than just hair extension installation.

If you don’t want to go through training, you can work with our Gold Series hair extensions which are freely available to everyone.

At Perfect Hair we believe that the best results for your clientele are achieved by asking the right questions & matching the chosen technique, amount of hair & color to the client’s needs & not the technique the hairdresser prefers. Currently, we only provide training to our Partner Salons. If you would like to take a training course in hair extensions, you can do so through the Wellness Academy in Hasselt where our educator also provides training in hair extensions. Be careful with silver shampoo. It can make your blonde hair color very dull & matte or even give your hair a purple glow. Still, it can be very nice to refresh your blonde hair color every 10 washes by washing your hair with an appropriate silver shampoo.

Silver shampoos that won’t damage your hair extensions:

• Milk Shake Silver shine
• Milke Shake Silver shine light

After the silver shampoo, always use the entire haircare ritual as described in our FAQ “How do I best care for my Perfect Hair?”

The reason why sudden curls would not hold is :

• if the hair extensions are too heavy
• if using products that are too heavy for the hair extensions
• if the straightener/curling iron no longer heats up properly
• if the curls are made when the hair is not yet 100% dry

This is indeed possible, we list here the possible reasons :

• if a client has naturally wavy/curly hair, that is the natural movement that the hair makes
• If the placement is done with slightly twisting the lock to get into the gutter of the keratin ( never do )
• If the lock of hair is lifted when placed in the keratin for placement ( never do, always keep the hair straight down )
• When the client makes twisting movements with the fingers in the hair. This is often without them realizing it ( often this is then on the side as children often do ).

Twisted keratin extensions are best removed to avoid further damage

Our hair extensions adapt, to your own hair. If you let your hair dry loose often, you will find that it will take a gentle blow. If you are going to style out the hair extensions often, you will find that the hair extensions stay naturally stylish.
