The origin of the hair says little about the quality of the hair extensions. You have hair extensions from India of the highest quality but also of the lowest. You have hair extensions from Russia of the highest quality but even there there are brands that work with the lowest quality. This is true of every exporting country, by the way.
The things that do determine quality are:
- the origin of the hair (Indian hair is stronger hair than, say, European hair)
- the background & past (we only work with 100% human hair that has never been treated)
- the age of the person donating the hair (for our Diamond Series we only use hair donated by women between 18 – 30 years young)
- the care process afterwards

Perfect Hair currently already has a color palette of 75 different shades but are eager to continue expanding it. You may always make samples of colors or color combinations that are still missing for you. We are happy to develop these as your own custom made hair extensions.
You provide us a sample of the desired color & we will analyze & try the colors in our laboratory. An initial sample will be provided to you. You must approve these before production can begin.
After approval, the final production of your custom made hair extension color can begin. Please note that this method requires a minimum purchase.

To be 100% sure of the correct color, we always recommend using our color ring. You can order these here.
Please note that the color ring is an indication and may vary from the actual color, but it gives you a good idea of which color best suits your needs.

The entire production process of the Perfect Hair extensions is in-house. Because we have our own factory, we control the quality of the hair extensions ourselves & can also develop everything custom made for you. New techniques, new lengths, or proprietary colors? Everything can be developed for you.

Nay, our Gold Series hair extensions are freely available to all. Only if you want to work with our Diamond Series hair extensions is training required.
Yes even if you have years of experience with hair extensions.

If you apply the proper haircare ritual at all times, as found in this FAQ under “How do I best care for my Perfect Hair?”, your hair extensions will not knot or tangle.
